Order Processing

Orders ship 1–2 days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

UPS Ground — standard shipping ($14.00).
UPS 2-Day Air — expedited shipping ($25.00).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, any shipping delays, damage, or lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier (UPS). Northstar Biolabs is not liable for delays or issues that occur in transit after the package has been handed off to the carrier.
